This Privacy Policy explains how linanoa.com ("Lina Noa", "we") — operated by Culturetek — processes personal data when you visit the site or use the Lina Noa Friends membership. Lina Noa is an AI persona; the service is intended for adults (18+).

1. Data we collect

• Account: email address and (optional) display name, when you sign up or log in via magic link.
• Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not store card data; Stripe handles it as an independent controller/processor.
• Chat & memory: messages you send in the members' chat and facts you share, stored to personalise your experience. You can view and delete these at any time in your account (“What I've remembered about you”).
• Media requests: details you submit to order a personal video/voice message.
• Usage data: basic technical/log data and aggregated analytics to operate and improve the site.

2. How we use it

To provide the membership (chat, media, yoga content), process payments, communicate service messages, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of contract, legitimate interest, and consent where required.

3. Processors / third parties

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), OpenAI (chat generation), ElevenLabs and HeyGen (voice/media), fal.ai (video), and our hosting provider (Hostinger). If you connect or we publish via social platforms (e.g. Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook), their own privacy policies apply. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use only cookies/local storage necessary to run the site (e.g. login session, offer timer). No non-essential tracking is set without consent.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your membership is active and as required by law. Chat/memory data is kept until you delete it or close your account.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to or restrict processing. You can delete stored memories directly in the app, or contact us to close your account. Where GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country by the providers listed above, with appropriate safeguards where required.
